The Jacob Jensen Curve 255 displays the time using discs, on which the minute and hour hands are depicted as blue stripes. The red dial is completely free of any name or indexing – nothing disturbs the design. The hands rotate beneath slightly domed mineral glass, which is encased in a 38-millimetre-wide stainless steel case. Unlike most Jacob Jensen watches, the case is quite high at 11 millimetres. The red leather strap, made from a single piece, runs under the case, making it easy to replace with a new strap or a strap in a different colour. The watch, which is 3ATM (splash) water resistant, is powered by a reliable Miyota quartz movement. The Jacob Jensen Curve collection received an honourable mention at the Red Dot Design Awards 2014.
