Ordered a Prisma watch at Horloge Outlet and received it on time! Unfortunately the watch turned out not to be running. Inquiries with customer service revealed that it was probably the battery, which, according to customer service, they normally always check! The solution suggested was that I could have a new battery installed at a local jeweler at HorlogeOutlet's expense. This saved you having to send the watch and incur unnecessary additional (shipping) costs. The jeweler replaced the battery and two days later the amount involved was credited to my account.
